Theatre Manager

Ewa has 13 years of extensive experience specialising in theatre, pre-ops and post-op appointments. Whilst Ewa is a qualified nurse, she worked for many years as a scrub practitioner with surgical first assistant skills and managerial day-to-day duties. 

As a scrub nurse, Ewa felt that her job was more than just a career – it was her calling. 

She loves the fast-paced, high-stress environment of the operating room and has dedicated herself to providing the best possible care for her patients. Ewa has built strong relationships with the surgeons she has worked alongside and takes great pride in mentoring and training new nurses. Despite the challenges, Ewa feels a deep sense of gratitude for the impact she has on the lives of her patients.
