Gwen Duquette

Director of Operations

Gwen has over 45 years of healthcare experience covering areas such as adult and paediatric intensive care, trauma, operating theatres and surgical clinics.

She also has significant experience of advising on and implementing/commissioning hospital start-ups including in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE and in the UK, which involved project planning, clinical input in design, patient and care pathways, establishing theatres, clinics, setting safety and infection control guidelines, procurement of consumables and equipment, staff induction and education and clinical governance.

Throughout her career, Gwen’s focus has been on ensuring delivery of the highest standard and latest evidence-based care in all areas provided to patients.

Gwen enjoys working as part of the team in the clinical setting when required whether that be assisting in theatres, recovery, ward or outpatient clinics.
