Dr Hebah Taufik
Consultant Radiologist
Dr Hebah Taufik is a Consultant Radiologist with comprehensive experience in general radiology and sub-specialised breast radiology. She obtained her medical degree from St George's University of London, winning the Anne Selina Fernee Scholarship and graduating with a Merit in Medical Sciences.
Following medical school, Dr Taufik pursued a career in radiology and completed her training with North West London, where she also completed a fellowship in breast radiology and trained in general trauma and oncological imaging. She is a member of the Royal College of Radiologists and actively contributes to medical education.
Highly skilled in general ultrasound, as well as cross sectional imaging, Dr Taufik works in a well-regarded breast unit, where she undertakes both symptomatic and screening work. Her expertise encompasses breast ultrasound and ultrasound-guided procedures including biopsies, fine needle aspirations, vacuum-assisted excisions, lesion localisations, and marker insertions. Dr Taufik is also trained in performing these procedures under stereotactic and tomosynthesis guidance.
